Geoff Gilmore Ph.D.

Dr. Gilmore works with leadership teams to facilitate new learning and its rapid application in order to create record-breaking year after year improvements.  His goal is to help companies and people set extraordinary visions tied to their passion so that all employees are engaging their hearts and minds to deliver extraordinary year after year breakthrough results. He also works as a corporate champion in building new community systems that dramatically improve the lives of people around the world.

Geoff holds B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Idaho and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Portland. He earned his Doctoral degree in Quality and Productivity Management from Portland State University, where he studied while being advised by Dr. W. Edwards Deming. Geoff is also a Registered Professional Engineer and a past American Society for Quality (A.S.Q.) Certified Quality Engineer.
