Addressing Skills Shortage

Several years ago, Climax recognised that a skills shortage was looming and began to develop training programmes for customers’ machinists. These training programmes are part of the comprehensive engineering services and precision machining tools Climax provides, and are taught by experienced Climax engineers and machinists, some of whom have designed and built the tools.
